RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our meticulous attention to detail ensures that every item undergoes thorough inspection before it's packed and dispatched to you. Despite our efforts, we recognize that circumstances may arise where you received a damaged product or an incorrect item. To accommodate such instances, we've streamlined our exchange process for your convenience.

 

We gladly provide a 5-day return window for items that remain unused and unworn, with all tags intact.

 

No hassle returns for any products received with manufacturing defects

 

  • Return applicable for Manufacturing defects, Wrong Sizes/ Colors/ Product compared to the listed Specifications

  • 5 Days Return, on “Return Eligible” Products. Please check product Info Section specifications for Return

  • Please Check Size, Dimensions & Other Specifications before finalizing the order

  • Fillers for Cushions are not part of Sale. Strictly No returns for this reason

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days from the date of Refund approval

  • In Special cases, when a non-Eligible Article is approved for return, the Courier charges for returning will be deducted from refund

  • For Exchange of products, where the received article is incorrect, the customer does not have to bear any charges

  • For Exchange of products, where the received article is as per specifications on the website,  the customer has to bear the Courier charges for return pickup and Re-Delivery

 

Process :

  1. Kindly complete the refund request by sending an email to thecrazyinches@gmail.com. Please specify the reason for refund i.e. defective or an incorrect item, and attach images and product videos

  2. All items that are supposed to be returned/exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags.

  3. Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are found to be defective or damaged or in case you have received the wrong item.

  4. Please send us a photo of the items within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to thecrazyinches@gmail.com. Any concerns regarding defects or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the items, as requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Once approved for exchange after receiving your request, your package will be picked by our partner within 7 business days.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at thecrazyinches@gmail.com within 24 hours of order being placed.
